
One of our favorite cold day comfort meals
I take 2 or more pounds of chicken breast cut up and wrapped in bacon. Line the bottom of my crockpot with the bacon wrapped chicken. Season with salt pepper and parsley to your liking.
Next I take a 16oz can of Cream of mushroom soup and combine it with equal parts of sour cream. Season with salt pepper garlic powder and onion powder. Mix that alllll up and completely cover your chicken. Cook on high for 4-6 hours (I prefer six hours… The chicken just melts in your mouth!!)
Once it’s all done you can serve it by itself. However we like it over egg noodles, mashed potatoes or my boys LOVE it over white rice…
