
I’ve seen these on here maybe? Or Pinterest I don’t remember but I used three slices of meat per cup to make sure the egg didn’t soak through while baking and it was perfect! I have hens at home so eggs were free, I used budding meat (ham and turkey 1 pack of each) which are .79¢ at my store and then topped with salt and pepper and shredded cheese which is $2 at my store! Pretty cheap and healthy![]()
Preheat oven to 425 And assemble while preheating. Do not add the cheese yet! Once preheated, bake for 5 minutes then remove from oven and sprinkle on cheese then bake for another 5 minutes. You can adjust the time of baking depending how cooked you like your eggs. Mine are firmer with no runny yolk at my preference
