Cajun Chicken Caesar Wrap Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cajun Seasoning: In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, black pepper, ground mustard, coriander, and salt. Mix well to create the Cajun seasoning.
  2. Season the Chicken: Rub the Cajun seasoning evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15-30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is cooked through. Remove from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
  4. Assemble the Wraps:
    • Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
    • Place a handful of chopped romaine lettuce in the center of each tortilla.
    • Add the sliced Cajun-seasoned chicken on top of the lettuce.
  5. Add Toppings:
    • Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
    • Drizzle Caesar dressing over the chicken and cheese, adjusting the amount according to your taste preferences.
  6. Wrap it Up:
    • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
